Research Aims

The purpose of this survey is to understand how people are using their mobile phones in publics places within different cultural contexts. This research is part of a collaboration between the School of Computing Science at the University of Glasgow and HP Labs in Bangalore. Participation

Participation in this survey is entirely optional and you may choose to skip any question or quit the survey at anytime. These options will be clearly displayed at the top of the screen during each phase of the survey.

All information gathered during this survey will be stored securely and kept anonymous. You will not be asked to provide any personally identifying information.

This survey will ask questions about the kind of phone you have, which services you are currently using, and the kinds of locations where you are using your mobile phone. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
